The SUMMER SHORTS FILM FEST Is the cinematic offspring of the critically lauded SUMMER SHORTS - Festival of New American Short Plays, showcasing short cinema by emerging artists and established professionals. The festival is presented by THROUGHLINE ARTISTS in partnership with the DENIZEN Theatre, located at Water Street Market in lovely New Paltz, NY. The FILM FEST returns for our third consecutive year August 1st - August 3rd, 2025.

Dinner and a Movie
The DENIZEN Theatre is proud to partner with our Water Street Market neighbor THE PARISH to offer a special Dinner and a Movie promotion.
For these select events The Parish offers a special $25 pre-movie menu featuring their inviting Cajun-inspired cuisine.
Look for screenings marked DINNER AND A MOVIE to take advantage of this special promotion. Reservations are required. Available from 4-6PM on FRI and SAT nights only, THE PARISH is closed on WED.
